Competence ladders

The Competence Ladders are an evaluation tool that the teachers can use in order to evaluate the progress of the students in relation with the competencies for democratic culture. They are based on the Council of Europe Framework and they indicate the basic, intermediate and advanced competence descriptors for each one of the competencies of the framework. You can download in word format, the competence ladders from the list below and use them freely in your classroom.
